WL130 Range Extender

I cannot reach the web-based config page. I want to use extender in universal mode nut cannot get beyond user manual: "specify an IP address2 AND TYPE 192.168.0.2 SUBNET MASK 255.255.255.0 then OK twice. Access to web-page for config 192.168.0.2 just pulls up a load of forums and adverts - no config page. Can anyone help please? Where am i going wrong? EdgOING TO WEB PAGE ...
