I have new razr v3, it came from Taiwan, has english & chinese charecters on key pad, trying to set to english, it allows me to choose english in the language setting, which shows in tiles of files etc., but to enter text or phone book entry chinese charecters are what shows up. I can't find anywhere to change this....

was just turning my razr v3 on and the keypad lights up, the power up sound is heard, can hear I am getting text message, but screen black...tried removing battery, no help...someone please help me.........
