Lervia machine not working and is under 3 year guarentee but I have miss placed the receipt.

Can you please forward me a manufacturer address in the uk so I can get the machine repaired. Was bought in westbromwich lidi....

Lervia KH4000 Automatic free-arm sewing machine

My needle broke half way through sewing a hem on some cotton curtains, I have replaced the needle but the new needle will not pick up the thread from the bobbin, can anybody help please. this is urgent as i have family coming to stay next week....

lervia kh4000 stopped working

While sewing a cotton garment my machine just stopped working the motor is making noise when i push the pedal but nothing happens needle has stopped going up and down and it makes a horrible revving noise needle will go up and down if i turn wheel by hand....
