sub woofer output

whilst changing my equalizer settings my subwoofer quit working have checked the amp it appearsto be ok all connections are on but no output from the sub wires...

No video output to external monitor

I had one of these fitted to my van with the video output going to a screen in the back. someone borrowed my van for a week and since then theres been just a plain white screen with video showing on the head unit but not the external monitor. im not sure if theyve switched video off on the JVC or if the external monitor has broken. the monitor is alive but just plain white screen...
