RTH7500 Room Temperature Setting

I installed a new RTH7500 and the room temperature seems to be offset. My thermemeter shows 75 F and the system shows 79....is there a way of setting the room temperatue on this thermostat....if the room thermometer does not work on the RTH7500 it could lead to the a/c unit tbe be on all night until set temp is reached.....!!!...

Auxiliary Heat

It was -7 Celsius last night and my heat pump was running at 2 hour intervals to reach + 21 Celsius. When should the Auxiliary heat be initiated from Honeywell RTH7500?...

I am trying to replace a White Roger class 2 termostat with a RTH7000.

I have 6 wires to work with. 0,X1,Y,G,R and W2. No diagrams refer to the X1 wire and the although it maybe related runs continuously when on auto. Terminals E and W2 of WRodgers thermostat connected with jumper. ...
