dell axim x50 problems

my axim x50 do not power up even when the AC adapter in plug in, the power indicator lights up only when the AC adapter is plugin, if the reset in pushed it comes for 10 sec and then shuts off....please help ...

Dell Axim X50v boots to 80% on progress bar and locks up. This is after a hard or soft reboot....
