Reducir el número de decimales

Me gustaría redudir de 7 a 2 el número de decimales que en la actualidad presenta la pantalla....

basic calculations please

There is a 1 on the left hand side of the display, a 0. on the right and the normal multiply, divide, plus and minus keys don't do anything. I don't know how to use the scientific operations and have no need for them, just want to do simple stuff - have I pressed something wrong or is the calculator finally kaput (it belonged to my kids when they were at school about 15 years ago and has been working fine up until a day or so ago)?...
