ive lost my setup cd-rom to install my canon mp140 printer/scanner to my pc, how & were can i get or download it from?...

problem with passing from colour to black

just installed new black cartridge. colour cartridge ran out, but i want to print in black & white only; letter "E" and number 4 are blinking, as well as the "c" light. I specified in " maintenance" i wanted only black cartrdige use. How can i do that and print b & w? Thank you for your help...
