black lines on copied sheets

when i copy a sheet on my dcp a black line iine is in the middle of the page. i changed the cartridge but it is still doing it...

When i print or copy the quality is very very poor.

When i print or copy the quality is very very poor. it is so light that parts cannot be read. What is the problem and how do I fix this problem. It was not long ago that I replaced the drum and thus I doubt that this is the issue....
