NO VIDOE ON SCREEN

Turned on the computer but there is no video signal on screen at all. the computer beep once at the power up. the video adaptor is new 3 month old. my previous one stoopped working with the same symtom--no video .things i have done so far: check with other power supply, renmoved memory card, replaced the cpu, replaced the video adaptor card --all gave the same results --no video. please help ...
