PIR sensor do not trigger

Having changed one PIR sensor, I have not put the system back together, however, none of the PIR sensors do anything. Also when I set the code, all zone indicators light up on the control panel. Any ideas. What have I done wrong?...

My alarm went off then the noe the keyboard does not light up so i cant programe it how do i get back on...
