Time Server Issue

I keep getting US eastern standard time on my 57i regardless of the NTP server I load in .my latest is ntp.cis.strath.ac.uk University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK NTP V4 secondary Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.......Thanks ...

Connecting from behind a router

Every attempt gets a fast busy signal, will not connect. Do I need port forwarding for IP phones or a certain setup? Very confussed. Also using cable modem wth router, if I connect directly to cable modem It works, but not with a router (Netgear WGR614v6). Thanks...
